Let’s discuss your project
In the discovery phase, our Business Development and Product Design teams will talk through your project or in-store challenges in order to define the brief and establish your requirements; whether this is for an existing fixture, full-store rollouts, or the development of new equipment from ideation, concept, design and testing.
Our product development team bring your bespoke project needs to life through drawings, renders and visualisations of concepts. It’s a collaborative, feedback-driven phase which also involves our procurement team to ensure that our continuous processes for improving quality and reducing costs happen simultaneously.
Once design and process parameters are fixed, we’ll use rapid 3D prototyping and refine solutions before sending the designs off to be soft-tooled into samples for further product testing and trial store runs.
Our extensive global supply chain network allow us to carefully manage the fulfilment of your retail project. Operating in markets around the world, and with distribution hubs in the UK, EU and US – we can ensure our customers time-critical shipping services that fit your project timescales.
Throughout the project, you will be in constant contact with a dedicated Project Manager and wider account team who will be on-hand for support, project status updates and to answer any questions that you might have – both during and after the delivery of your retail project.
Quality throughout
every project
The Harrison Group is accredited with ISO 9001 and operates a rigorous Quality Management System to guarantee the high levels of product quality our customers demand.
Using the Harrison Project-Lite framework, each project must satisfy a series of project quality gates before moving to the next stage of development. This discipline ensures that quality is built into the product specification with any problems solved well before mass production.
